| | | The premium process provides the aspirant employer the opportunity to obtain process of H1B petition faster. Generally the US citizen and immigration services provide the process of 15 days only to those who chose this service for getting visa petition. The period of these 15 days begins from the day the USCIS receives the Request for Premium Processing Service Form (l-907). Then in 15 days the USCIS answers the person in response to his/her request, issuing an approval notice/ a notice of intent to deny/ a request for evidence/ open an investigation for fraud or misrepresentation. If the notice asks for any submission of document then the new period of 15 days begins from the day the USCIS gets response to its request.
